MCM 2003
The Mathematical Contest in Modelling
The MCM is an international contest where teams of
undergraduate students use their mathematical and computer skills to
model real world problems.
The teams will be presented with two problems on the evening of
Thursday, Feb 6th. They must choose one, design a solution to it, and
complete a report on it by Monday Feb 10th. Students may use any
inanimate source of help and information: computers, software,
references, web sites, books, etc.

The prize includes the opportunity to present your solution at an
